LedNed invests a great deal of care in the design and production of their fittings. All LedNed products have a 2 year's full product guarantee as standard.

This guarantee has no relation to the expected lifespan. This lifespan is based on scientifically developed degeneration models. LedNed has a close cooperation with TU/e, Dekra, TNO and diode suppliers.

Based on this independent and scientific research, LedNed expect their products to have outstanding quality and reliability, which reflect in the expected lifespan. LedNed assume a realistic life expectancy of min. 45,000 hours (for the EasyLine) up to max. 65,000 hours, e.g. for the FlexLine. This is based upon L80F10 (failure rate less than 10% and lumen preservation 80%). We would like to point out that in general, the life expectancy is generally given as L70F50.

Independent references with respect to the general research and the results are available. Upon request, LedNed offer the possibility to extend the warranty period by means of a SLA. This SLA relates to the period after the standard guarantee.

LedNed products comply with all norms. LedNed care for clear and internationally acknowledged certification of all their products (i.e. by Dekra).
